WOW is an initiative to support our commitment to enhancing Solo Female Guest experience to provide a secure & welcoming environment. From rooms with enhanced security measures to a wing preferably accommodated by women we aim to create an atmosphere that caters to the unique needs and preferences of female solo travellers.

The implementation of WOW will kick off at the Bloom Hotel - Medicity Gurugram, setting the stage for an enhanced experience across selected Bloom properties.

Your safety is our utmost priority, and to reinforce this commitment, we have implemented a range of security measures.

The WOW floor features additional surveillance cameras, doors are equipped with peephole viewers, and rooms boast a secure digital lock alongside a chain lock for added peace of mind.

We are dedicated to enhancing the experience for our solo female guests. Bloom goes the extra mile by offering a specialized ladies' kit, featuring essential comforts like face wash, lip balm, earbuds, nail filer, cotton swabs, and sanitary pads.

Ensuring your convenience, each room is thoughtfully equipped with hair dryers, and yoga mats are readily available upon request.
